FMI talk Friday 1st Nov - Working and Living in China

'The future of China's growth is dependent on a steady supply of skilled workers in key areas. However, China will face a talent demand gap of nearly 30 million workers by 2025 or a 48 percent shortage of skilled workers to meet demand. Moreover, persistent inequalities in education and career opportunities for rural populations, including over two-thirds of China’s youth, limit the country’s future supply of talent.'
